Our home tours are legendary. VASF recently held the first Victorian Alliance of San Francisco Holiday Home Tour in Alamo Square and surrounding neighborhoods. The event sold out and was a huge success. From strolling carolers, docents, to our volunteers and members and the wonderful homeowners that participated, this event carries on the tradition that we embrace: creating lively, fun events that are ultimately inspirational and educational.
Membership meetings often have a guest speaker and lecturer to further our knowledge and understanding of the Bay Area. A recent membership meeting had a guest lecturer and expert that spoke about Van Ness Street in San Francisco and the lovely mansions built by the titans of industry that once lined that street.
Home and garden tours help support the Victorian Alliance and educate the public.
Monthly membership meetings are held from January through October.
Victorian Alliance celebrated it's 50th Anniversary at Far East Cafe in SF's China Town.
Victorian Alliance of San Francisco lectures are often held in some of the most renowned historic buildings in San Francisco.
VASF is A Historical Preservation Organization ESTABLISHED IN 1973.
